Horrible! Waited over 30 minutes because they can?t make more than one order at a time. Since they changed ownership this place... has went down hill fast. During our wait we watched the lady at the register put bags of carry out bagels on the floor to filland then to the counter over and over?the same counter people were putting their food in. Gross!!!! Read more

I pass Dunkin' donuts, 7-eleven, and Newtown bagel to get bagels at Manhattan

Just like the 1980s. Bagel and muffins fresh, coffee hot, people nice.

The bagels were so fresh, and cream cheese was great also, the girls working there so helpful and sweet. ??????

Several times they have been out of or low on product. No one in the store seems to care. I couldn?t buy 12 sesame bagels at... 11:30. Who is watching the store? Read the other reviews. Open your eyes. Read more

I have always had a positive experience when coming to Manhattan Bagel. This place is always clean and the food is always fresh.... I usually call in and place my order. This past Friday I called 40 minutes before they closed. Understandably at this time manyof the popular bagels are sold out, which is fine with me. I asked the gentleman who answered the phone what bagels they hadleft. He told me 3 different flavors, none of which I would choose for a sandwich. I then asked if they had croissants and I wastold no. I asked if they had English muffins but he said they don?t carry them. I told him thank you anyway. I was two minutesfrom the store at this point and decided I?d go in and look for something else on the menu. When I went in I saw about 5different bagel flavors and a tray of croissants tightly covered in plastic wrap. I ordered my sandwich and asked the cashier ifthe croissants could be used for a sandwich. He said yes they could. I?m not sure why the man on the phone gave me inaccurateinformation. Maybe he just an off day. I still plan to order food here and I would recommend it to others. In the future I hopeto see the good service that I am used to. Read more
