So I walk in and girl says, "if you wants to order you gots to use the kiosk" so I Navigate through the complicated menu and... place my order. 30 minute wait in drive through, total of 8 cars. Worst service by any McDonalds. Claim they can't find help.....hmm wonder how... Chick-fil-A does it? They pull from same work force. Stay away from this location unless you need a job that pays 13-15$ anhour. What a joke! Read more
This is the best McDonald?s I have been to in a long time. Great customer service, food was hot, and my son was missing 2... nuggets so they gave him an extra one on top of the 2 he was missing. We also got our food pretty fast. Extremely pleased! Iwill only go to this one from now on. Read more
Don't really eat fast food like I did prior to cv19, but I thought McDonald's new thing was breakfast all day? Not here... apparently. All good though. Grabbed a Filet o Fish, a QP and a medium fry. It's McDonald's. Clean store, nice store. Directly off i-77 so very easily accessible. I tried to use my McDonald's app and wasn't doing a very good job. The young lady who was running the register was very patient... and very helpful. We were traveling and it had been a long day. Then I can't get app to work. She helped get it working andentered in the register so I got my free iced coffee. I would definitely stop.there again as we are traveling Read more
Slowest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. We have been waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. 10 of those minutes at the... food window!! . No one has checked in or even apologized for the wait. Tried to order hotcakes - they?re out. Tried to orderlunch food. Can?t make it yet at 10:19. Meanwhile we?re in line and it?s now past 10:30. It's 7:09am front doors are locked to the lobby. And I have been sitting in drive thru for 15 mins now. Only 2 cars went thru... and I'm the fourth car. Wow this mc Donald's are very slow. They should not have this problem early in the busy morning hours.And in the evenings doors to the business be locked too. This is ridiculous and they always blame it on short staff.
