Stopped by about two weeks ago to pick up an online order. Waited 20 minutes for "curbside delivery" only to go in and find out... they did not offer that option despite it being available in the app. No one answers phone. Food was cold. Staff was rude. Itemsleft out of order. Management offered to replace order. Went back on Dec 2 at 615 pm to get replacement order. Was told storewas "closed because system was down". Still have not gotten replacement order. This was a $60+ order. Read more

Food was not good. Ordered chicken fingers. Quality wasn't good. Taste was not good. Zaxbys sauce I was not impressed with. ... First time there and I just to have a taste for it. Service was outstanding and atmosphere was great also. Kudos to the 2ladies taking the orders. Read more

I purchased a Grill Cobb Salad that had lots of lettuce. Not full completely with all the items. I purchase this salad all the... time it always the best around. I purchase the same salad 11/15 Because they always do a awesome job I didn't check my saladuntil I sat at my desk. I was so disappointed I tried to call no one answer the phone. Decided to stop after an event. The service was slow at best ... The restaurant looked dirty...the bathrooms were horrible. The... food was ok, nothing to rave about. I asked for a particular order, the cashier told me they couldn't do it, which I know shecan... I asked why.....no answer. However my order came out with what I asked for. I think the cashier was being lazy and it wasapparent. This restaurant is in really bad shape from the cashier to the entire dining experience. I could not have had a worse interaction with the staff. Rude from the very moment my order was placed. Went out of my way to... say thank you and be friendly, as I understand the fast food service can be hectic and customers can be rude to workers, but myfriendliness was met with more hostility. When the lady at the window gave me the wrong sauce and I asked for the correct one,she made a face directly at me that is best described unprofessional. Re evaluate your staff Read more

We were on our way to Carowinds. It took over 49 minutes to get our order and they had messed up one of the orders. They left an... order completely off which means we had to wait even longer to get the full order. The manager was extremely rude and would notgive me a phone number to the owner to try to talk to them. They offered no refund or any type of relief for them taking solong. I phoned the manager and got hung up on. There was no apology for taking so long. She told us that the drive-through getspriority and that we should have gone through the drive-through instead of coming inside to order. Read more

I DO NOT recommend this location. went there on a stop during a road trip, placed a mobile order, go inside to pick it up doors... locked. So we went through drive only for them tell us THEY WERE OUT OF FLOUR. How this happens I?m not sure. This wasn?t eventhe biggest problem though, they were unclear what the issue was and were quite frankly rude. They didn?t explain what they weredoing to cancel our order and we sat there not knowing what was going on until they handed us cash. Then I count the cash, myorder was $19.85 and they handed me $18.77. So yeah don?t recommend this location. Read more

Our family loves Zaxby?s and we try to stop there when we can. On a drive from Charleston to Charlotte, this location was on our... route. When we pulled up we saw many employees out back at 11:50 and wondered why. Apart from two other people waiting ontakeout, we were the only people inside. We ordered two kids meals, Kickin chicken meal and I got the Signature Sandwich. Ittook 19 minutes to get all our food. At one point, I saw the kids meals just sitting there getting cold so I asked for those.The lady up front kept asking them for the rest. A manager came forwarded and said they hadn?t even dropped the sandwich yet.The cashier apologized but that was it. They finally asked if I wanted something else, the Loaded Fries, so I gave in. A lot ofpeople came in after us and got their food ahead of us. As a former Chick-fil-A manager, I know stuff happens but you have totake care of your raving fans. So, the Signature Sandwich didn?t turn out to live up to the name since they couldn?t make it. Read more
