Worst Pad Thai I?ve ever eaten, It doesn?t even feel like a Thai express. The noodles were either stale or just extremely... undercooked. It came juicy, so much sauce that didn?t even taste like pad Thai. Couldn?t take more than a few bites , I had tothrow it out. Would not recommend , go to Burger King next door or something. I visited recently this Thai Express branch and food was awful. My fried rice was burnt and just gross couldn't even eat it. The staff did their best but they are under trained.

Very disappointed. I ordered the new vegan Pad Sew to go with extra egg and they gave it to me with no egg in a plate (they... charged me 1.50$ extra for the egg). A Pad Sew is supposed to have Chinese Broccoli but they only put regular broccoli insteadand didn't notice me prior. I know it's not the cashier's fault because he took my order correctly. Read more

My husband and I love to Thai Express. I wish we had them closer to home we would go all the time.

This did not have the typical flavors one comes to expect from Thai food, it was more like school cafeteria generic Asian food. ... The woman at the counter was very irritable and deliberately unhelpful when we could not communicate well in French. Fortunatelytwo younger employees jumped in and answered questions and helped us order with a bright and kind attitude.
