Went to subway this evening for super, the young lady working had great customer service, took Our allergies seriously, changed... her gloves in between the 2 sandwiches so there was no cross contamination. Gréât service!!! Also nice to see that they hireyoung teenagers to work. Read more

Twice I went in close to closing time and was denied service BEFORE the posted closing time (10-15 minutes before). Since when... do restaurants deny service before they close. If you don?t want to serve close to 9 pm, close earlier. Read more

Manager / Owner does not care about customer service or quality of its products. I understand the staff is new and still... training but both my subs were made incorrectly. I was shorted the amount of meat on both subs. When I emailed my review in. Iwas blown off with no care in the world that I was ripped off. I would HIGHLY recommend hitting deacons corner Subway on the wayout. The owner of the deacons corner location has a HIGH regard for CS and quality. Pay attention to the reviews - Sure lookslike the Owners family and friends are trying to boost ratings. All this makes me very sad as I was excited to have a subwaycloser. The story: I ordered two spicy Italian subs. The new staff never made one before. I told them how to make it. Theywanted to confirm with the owner. He said yes its available and went back to playing on his phone. They staff made a BMT but noham. With the no ham I should of received more meat of the two other meats. I did not. The girl was now nervous and scared toask the owner for help again. So I just said it was fine and proceeded to do the veggies. Figured I would share my experience inmy review and have it resolved that way. Sadly that was not the case at all. The owner just blew me off with some short responsesaying he will address it with his team. I had a similar issue at the deacons corner subway. The owner replied and he gave me avoucher for to cover my entire meal. Then in the mail a week later two free 6" subs for the hassle. Now I am one of his secretshoppers. I email him directly every time I go and every once in a while I get a couple free 6" in the mail from him. Read more

I live in the nearby town and honestly this the only thing our town needed the most. Best staff, manager is awesome and polite.... This is the only place I prefer after my hectic day at work. Highly recommend coldcut. Read more

Went there very nice and clean. Ordered a tuna sub and the tuna was almost gone. They scraped every last scrap out of the... container which wasn't enough and then proceeded to get another container. It had obviously been sitting too long because I'vebeen on the toilet all night and into today. When there's not enough to make another sub you should get a new batch especiallyseeing as they had more in the back. I have experienced this at other subways but the staff have noticed the tuna is getting oldand changed the bin for a new one. I realize it's new staff but someone getting food poisoning will cause them problems. Thiswill never happen again to me. Always ask of its fresh. Read more
