I have ordered multiple times a matcha vanilla tea latte and everything I get it, I swear there is no vanilla in it. Most of it... is mostly foam I should get more drink with an xl not more foam. This location is the closest to my work and I go here all thetime, I wish I could get the drink I like and get what I order and be able to enjoy it. Read more

I like that there's usually parking available in the lot. It's a great location, within walking distance of almost anything you... need (but I suppose that's just how Uptown is). Also, I appreciate that 'Bou usually responds to these reviews. This 'Bou alsohas great seating, great atmosphere, and cool Minnesota art stuff. Normally this a very friendly store. This morning however the gal was checking in an order and acted like I was a nuisance. No... friendly greeting. Barely a thank you when order was ready. I will go back because this was a one time thing Ihope. Additional note...Caribou was in touch with me and looked into my comments. I so appreciate their quick response andgreat customer service. This is by far one of my favorite places to start the beginning of each work day. Service at this location is prompt, courteous,... and efficient despite high customer traffic each morning. No matter who is working or at what time of the day, you are alwaysgreeted with a smile and treated in a friendly manner. Out of all Caribou Coffee locations, this is by far one of the best inthe area. I would like to acknowledge Kayla and Camelle for exceptional service. Went in for a treat, but my change got mixed up. I would like to add that my order and my friend's order was the wrong drink! I... order a lemon pom sparkling iced tea (with no ice). I received a drink with ice and a comment"I didn't see a memeo". Although Iwas willing to wait because ice hurts my sensitive teeth they told me it would be a 5-7 min wait so, so I decided to leave withmy maid drink. My friend got a hot drink instead of a blended drink, even though she ordered a blended. I love Caribou coffeeI'll always return, but I'm not sure if I can come here again. The Caribou off of Penn ave is my favorite location strongly based off of the wonderful and amazing staff that is there. I have... never met a more fantastic team of baristas that truly care about their customers and community they proudly serve. They havenever forgotten how my husband and I enjoy our coffee and are full of so much fun. The manager and her team are so balanced andI wish we could see this kind of outstanding customer service at all places. Kudos to everyone that works at this location.
