Big fan of Panda Express but was very disappointed during my recent pick-up experience. Expect to wait for a long time and be... ignored. They also gave me the wrong portion sizes for my order. I recommend going to the nearby Mall of America locations andavoiding this location at all costs. The employees seem very disinterested in working and more interested in texting. Read more
The staff was nice, food is delicious but very very stingy on food. I ordered a plate and bigger plate and scraps were put on... the plate. Instead of the heaping scoops they put on they just picked one by one. Not the typical panda experience. A waist ofmoney! Read more
Food was fresh, and hot. Employees were friendly and store was clean. Haven't had Panda in a while... was as good as I remember.
It was around 11:30AM didn't seem that busy. They were out of mushroom chicken. Waited over 10 minutes for it. By then the... noodles and egg rolls were barely warm. Would of rather got everything fresh. Read more
Seems seriously short-staffed with consistently long waits. Most recently, we tried take-out from here and got home to find that... one of our two entrees was missing altogether (just some rice in the bottom of the box). I?d love to come here more often butit?s just not a good experience. Read more
Damn, what's going on with Panda Express. I come here 2 time per week cause the food is delicious. But today it was the worst... day ever. I ordered my food, just to findout, that the food was burned. The place was empty, where the amigos go. Whoever is incharge please,bring back those hard worker, and start cooking delicious food. Nothing against the staff but I'm upset I got 7 pieces of shrimp in my bowl of honey walnut shrimp on rice for $9! It did taste... very good, and I know prices are going up but it looked like he didn't give me enough shrimp, and when I asked the guy servinghe said it was $7.50. But of course shrimp costs more and it was rung up as $9 so I wonder if he gave me less thinking I'd becharged less. Anyway there seemed to be enough employees but it still had a line at 2:50 on a Tuesday which means they get alot of business. I've also picked up Doordash orders there and you have to get someone's attention otherwise they'll ignore you,but that's not unusual for a busy place. Read more
