Terrible customer service. Ordered two pizzas to pick-up. Upon arrival I was handed my order which ended up being incorrect. I... proceeded to call and advise them of the mistake and give them a chance to remake the pizza. Sabrina (the shift supervisor) wasextremely rude and refused any solution to remedy the problem such as remaking the pizza or a refund. Read more

My first time coming to this location the murphys combo on pan crust I had was so full of flavor that it made me want to get it... again. The one i ordered today was the total opposite of what bought me back. Veggies had no flavor, WAY too much sauce on it,no mixed onion. I wont be getting pizza no time soon from this location. This is the third pizza that I?ve ordered from this location asked for and paid for extra sauce on two previous orders I see no... evidence of extra sauce in fact there was very little on my pizza very disappointed certainly not going to order from thislocation ever again Read more

We love Papa Murphy's pizza. But not from this location. Ordered online and showed up at my prescribed pick up time. Then... waited another 30 minutes, along with a bunch of other people. They had taken in way more orders than they could satisfy withavailable ingredients and dough. As I waited, a staffer was calling people who had already ordered stuff online, telling themthey couldn't honor their order. Finally got my three pizzas, but only one was as ordered. And the crusts didn't bakeconsistently like they do from other locations. The staff did their best, but they were understaffed, and undersupported withproduct. Got there at 732pm, door was locked. Knocked lady came to door and said we're closing early. Hours of operation are till 8pm, so... how are you closed. Ordered pizza 2 nights ago at 730 and the kid working claimed they were out of mozzarella. He was clearly just cleaning up and... couldn't be bothered to fill up the mozzarella. He offered to use topping cheese instead claiming it was mozzarella and cheddarbut it is definitely not. 36$ of pizza ruined because of laziness. Might want to tell these kids how to make a pizza or hiresomeone who can order enough mozzarella to keep up with pizzas.... Read more

I ALWAYS LOVE the Papa Murphy's take & bake... The thin IS Great But Leave w/a hand-tossed sometime... It's worth it 100%..... OH... DONT be some 'KNOW IT ALL' about the cooking Temps & Time to leave it in the oven... PREHEAT ... THEN. put it in... CHECKthe edges Till a Golden Tan..(and yes, leave it on the TRAY/PLATE they send you With the Pizza WHILE IT COOKS .. ULL LOVE IT.. Alfredo IS my favorite ...
