The food was good but the service was questionable, I had to keep repeating myself at the drive-thru because the music was so... loud in the background it was hard for the employee to hear me. I suggest they turn down the music but it fell up on deaf ears. Read more
This store really ruins the POPEYES name. I accidentally went in a second time thinking maybe they figured out better lines to... be drawn out. Wrong!! Wrong!! they are worst than before. This place is always always a new bad experience. LOL so this placeif you go inside: 1. No refills allowed ( They don't think that should be an option) so they go out of their way to turn off thesoda machine and if you ask the attendant its a no. (I FELT SO BAD FOR THE ATTENDANT because she was looking at me as "I know,its ridiculous but the owner makes me do it!!) 2. No Sweet Tea ( I was explained to by the attendant " The owners do not wantto spend money on sugar!!" 3. You may receive 2 ketchup packets then after $.30 a pack (who uses 2 packs of ketchup on a box offries??) 4. They hide all the napkins and if you ask for additional they might give you 1 and charge you for each extraone The customer service is bad because its obvious that the owners have a strangle hold on the employees ability to provide.This makes the interaction with them super awkward and irritating when trying to acquire basic RESTAURANT needs. This is the worst POPEYES in Minnesota. Literally no refills, wouldn't make sweet tea, if you ask for ketchup they will give you... 2 .... if you want more than two they want you to pay for it!! So don't order fries!! Read more
The food is fun and the staff at this location are nice but I don't get the whole dinning room still closed. I think that's why... they are slow and food is nor always ready especially at key times. 6pm on a Tuesday and I have to pull around the building andwait 3 mins for my order is rather inconceivable. Went to the drive thru to get 4 chicken sandwich meals & were told they were out. When we said "Never mind- we'll go somewhere... else" then the story changed. Think they didn't want to cook/warm them up. Sandwiches were good, fries were past prime & shouldhave been tossed. Read more
Today via drive through I ordered my normal Family meal 8pcs which I know come mixed with different part of chicken, I paid... at the window okay as I was waiting for my order a different guy come to the window and hurried asked if I wanted breast Icouldn?t understand him clearly only to say yes since I knew it?s part of package only to go home and find they substituted my 2leg & 2thigh for wings & breast only! ! Seriously, which shenanigans is this ? Customers knows what they are ordering and theyexpect exact order! Cashier never said they were out of anything, So, this manipulation at window!
