Just went through the drive through. Brought my food home. Traffic sucked. I did NOT get what I ordered. But I was hungry so I... ate it anyways. No receipt in my bag, so no proof of their mistake. Girl at the window could barely make herself understood.This Wendy?s has gone seriously downhill. I recommend you drive a little further to the Wendy?s over on American Blvd. Read more

I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers. The black lady gave us the wrong order and charged my mom who was in the drivers seat 18... dollars and some cents for an order that wasn?t ours. Originally she had said it was 4.04 for both cheeseburgers on thespeakerphone. Then an Hispanic guy came to help her correct her mistake and was going to give us the difference of what we werecharged. But then the Hispanic said the total of the cheeseburgers was about 7 dollars and some cents. Which in that moment wewere confused as to why it was a different amount. So my mom just asked for all her money back instead and didn?t want thecheeseburgers anymore. Especially because the lady started saying many offensive words to my mom. When my mom doesn?t even speakmuch English to begin with. The only word my mom could defend herself with was ?yea? and the lady kept talking back to her. Thelady kept talking over the Hispanic guy who was trying to mediate. She kept saying it was just a mistake and saying things toher coworkers like ?oh they think we want to overcharge her? but with more obscene words. As the Hispanic gave us our money backand we left; she told my mom so sorry about that and then quickly said you s***** b****. OK. Wendy's food is consistently good just about everywhere. But I'm in a position where I have to order delivery. The last... three times, something was missing from every order from this location. And the phone number on their receipt conveniently hangsup on every call or you get a message that they can't answer right now. I've even tried contacting Corporate but they never callback. I'm out around $20.00. So don't order delivery from thus location. You too may get it in the end. Read more

The drive-thru employee was ill tempered, and rude. My husband politely asked if she rang up the small cold brew, because at the... speaker when he ordered, there was silence. She didn't acknowledge our 'add-on', so we drove to the window to ask if she heardus. She responded snidely, and shook her head at us. When my husband asked her why she was being rude to us, she continued torespond rudely. I managed fast food restaurants, and in my opinion, I would have sent her home, and written her up forinsubordination. Otherwise, this location has always been great. I would give zero stars if I could. The service here is extremely slow. The employees have zero manners or work ethic.... Constantly cold food and wrong orders. The employees eat while standing by the pop machines in the drive thru. Lobby is closedfor some reason. Literal line around the building with patrons leaving as the line took 30 minutes to get through. Only reason Istayed was because I ordered on the app. Would not recommend!!! Read more
