Good food and fast service. The staff always seems friendly and in good spirit.
Ok, so you are short staffed and feel you must close your dining room mid afternoon. But you only lock one door and don't... bother to put up a sign so customers keep coming in and you embarrass them by shouting 'I locked that door but they keep comingin!'. A simple handwritten sign would perhaps retain your customers for a return visit, but the way you all treated multiplegroups, I am certain you've lost customers for life. sign said come inside. we got out of drive thru to find door locked. got back in line and were told they were short on help and... had to close dining room. out of summer strawberry salad and one other. burgers were good fries were terrible. old, greasy,cold. people were very nice. Read more
Slow, unorganized & needs new management Every single time I have been to this Wendy's there is a issue. Serves breakfast but... does not display Breakfast menu. When asked if they had breakfast female simply stated yes we have breakfast we don't have timeto switch menu. But I'll tell you what we have.... ? Would it be smarter and more efficient to switch menu so you would not haveto waste time telling people? Once at window female did not have my 2 simple orders correct. No wonder this Wendy's has such aterrible reputation in the management positions and no one wants to run it.
