What the f@(% was that?! To the speaker com system, the window guy and the disappointing food. Should have gone and purchased a... loaf and bread and ate it.. basically all it was. It's fast food, I get it but come on... People normally go to name places dueto a certain standard you can count on . It's been awhile and if this is the new standard, not worth to risk it elsewhereeither. Sorry not sorry there are other options. Read more
Very disappointing. Walked from our hotel at 9pm. Dining room sign and online both say the dining room is open til 10pm. It was... not. Since we had our children and it was quiet, we thought we'd go thru the drive thru, walking. We thought wrong. A veryunkempt manager and the kid at the drive thru treated us like we were crazy. Told us rudely they wouldn't serve us thru thedrive thru. I asked why, they said " for safety reasons" I'm thinking they don't understand hangry if they're worried aboutsafety. Lol. I have a teenage son that seems to need to eat more than some. Lol Keep your dang dining room open the hours postedand there won't be an issue. If you're not going to keep it open, then be flexible. Food was as expected, but I witnessed a manager being quite rude and unprofessional to a fellow employee. I understand having a... hard day and someone not following directions clearly but the employee seemed to be trying his best and the manager kept shaminghim in front of other employees which I felt to be unnecessary. Working fast food is hard enough that I don't think we needmanagers deterring employees as well. Very disappointing to witness. He just forgot to make the drinks right away when I pulledup to the window. I'm sure other people might be upset and you're trying to keep the window times down but there are other waysto go about it. I understand being irritated, but you don't need to be rude. I hope the manager sees this review and changes herattitude. Read more

Only one person for drive thru, and only one person at the front, with a couple of employees cooking in the back, and this... Arby?s is doing a good job of moving people (and cars) along. A sign at the cash register asks patrons to be patient due tosmall staff, and another sign urges folks to apply for employment. Kristina was hustling, and when she took care of us, she wassweet and efficient. She even gave us the senior discount, which we forgot to request. Our Classic Meal and Turkey Bacon Ranchsandwich came out quicker than expected. Husband was disappointed that they ran out of Arby?s sauce for his sandwich. I waspleased with mine. Looked and tasted great. Husband said his sandwich was dry, and it was okay. I was tempted to give fourstars, for lack of Arby?s sauce, but everything else was 5 stars. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Another completely disappointing Arby's experience. This one was bad enough that I won't... ever go back. We live in town and rarely try to get decent food there, but had to try the new rib sandwich. First: lg.chocolate shake, med jamocha shake. Got that wrong. Switched them. Med potato cake. Damn near black: inedible. Curlyfries....wth is in there with them? The rib sandwich is okay. Dry from being out in portion cups, but, sort of edible. Oh, Iforgot the mozzarella sticks. Dark and so overcooked that the cheese is hard. I worked at Arbys elsewhere for nearly a decadeand would have been embarrassed to serve any piece of what I just paid $25 for.
