Husband ordered a 3 piece meal. They had no dark meat so they asked if all white meat was ok. Sure. Got home and only had 2... pieces of chicken that tasted like they had been sitting there all day. Check your order!!! Read more
Dining room not open, not enough employees. Order on app or drive thru service only. I ordered online and parked in the... designated online order pickup area. I had to call to let them know I was there and eventually I got my order bought out to thecurbside pickup area. Guy said he was sorry it took so long, but they were very understaffed, such is life in today's America. Iconsidered myself lucky to get my order. I don't blame the employees or the restaurant, I am sure they were working hard. Read more
Horrible customer service. My family ordered a meal on the app, earliest available time was 9:15. We show up, got the ?we?re all... out of chicken? excuse. Wouldn?t even give us a refund, we have to somehow work that out through the app. My 3rd or 4th badinteraction in a row with these guys. This location is ruining my love for KFC. Read more
We stopped by to grab a family meal at 8:11 pm and they said they were all sold out of chicken and they couldn't cook any more.... They close at 9:00 pm. They had more than enough time to cook a family meal. Read more
