We come to Richfield a few times a year to visit family and this is my first time going to the Maverik here. It was a normal... experience for me, that is until I met Robert. Robert has to be one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. I'll beback hopefully just to see him. If you ever need someone as a spokesperson for your business Robert is your man. Walked in for a drink after a long hard day at work at about 10:30 last night and was warmly greeted by Robert (I think that was... his name) as I was checking out I felt as if I was talking to an old friend. We have alot of points to use to get free items. Cashiers refuse to help and will not scan my phone to use points. Worst... maverick around. Are they even trained because no one their knows how to use them. Worst customer service around. Read more
