Used restroom before ordering and missed breakfast cutoff. Staff said I could still order it but note at counter said use kiosk... to order due to lack of staff. Couldn't order breakfast via kiosk. Had to wait to order and made it even later after the cutoff.Ordered a biscuit with bacon. Got a biscuit with sausage and was charged for extra bacon...I never said sausage. Gross. Read more
It's okay but they got my order wrong didn't think 2 iced coffees would be difficult and no apologies. Staff not very friendly.
Update! I came here with my kids today for lunch. The food was so much better! Had to wait a few minutes more, but the food was... hot and fresh. Much better than previously! They had fast and friendly service. That was great. However the last 3 times I'vegone, the cheeseburgers have been dry or old. Today the buns were cracking and dry. The fries were fresh and hot but not thecheeseburgers. That is kind of a deterrent. Read more
This place has really gone down hill over that last 3-4 years. Currently their drink machines have been down for over 6 months.... And the service is slow. Food is good though. Read more
The person running the register wasn't watching what they were doing. The coffee order was wrong, and instead of allowing us to... pay as normal, she charged my son's account on the app!!!!because he used his app for a coupon, FFS not ok snd refused to fixit. Read more
There are the worst nuggets ever. Dry to the touch. Lack any type of grease and feel microwaved. Not good business. I feel... frauded. Worst is im still hungry as i wont be eating this. They can contact me anytime. [email protected] Nasty. Read more
It was a lot better than the ones in salt lake City it wasn't as busy cuz it was in Richfield Utah. Employees were a lot nicer... also the problem because they wanted us ually go to. So I was pretty much in and out no long ways that was nice. Read more
