This place made us wait almost two hours and we didn?t even get our food. They burnt it after being in the drive through for... thirty minutes and asked if we wanted it remade. When we said we did they forgot and made us wait another hour and a half justto come to the window and say it?s been refunded. We saw half the staff on their phones and clearly just avoiding work. Went to pizza hut tonight. Ordered 3 topping, extra sauce. Hardly any sauce and very little meat. A one topping pizza anyplace... else would of had more toppings. Horrible service and customer service. We order a pizza over an hour ago and they say 40 minutes or less delivery. So after an... hour we call multiple times and keep getting hung up on. After the 6th time they finally answer and keep putting me on hold.Then the lady asks for the manager to come help her and the manager tells her to just hang up on me. I was polite and courteousthe whole time because I know how bad it can be working in the food industry with customers that are jerks. Read more
I love Pizza Hut pizza but since they moved to the new location, every time I order the pizza is burnt. I gave a benefit of the... doubt the first two times but nothings changed. Such a waste of good pizza. Read more
