We visited this Subway on 8/31 @ 6:40pm. The staff at that time were 2 younger individuals. These guys absolutely rocked! The... staff was kind, friendly, and on the ball. Came in late after a long drive. Didn't want the traditional fast food. Came here cause it was close to the hotel. The kids... working were nice, polite and welcoming. Ordered a couple of subs to go. The subs were fresh and tasty. Will come back againif passing through. Read more
Service was great. Food was fresh and good. Not much else to say. It's a subway.
Sub was made. Chicken came out cold. Asked politely for a new sub then the lady Emma rudely suggested to have it double toasted... when I asked her in the beginning to have it preheated. Twice she cooked the chicken but then was my fault for not askin to bedouble toasted. 1 that's not my job an 2nd I didnt appreciate the snobby attitude. If you're going to require drive-thru orders be placed online ONLY, then provide some Wi-Fi internet service! I had to across... the road to the truck stop to get a signal and place my order. Other than that, the food/drink were very good, as was thefriendliness of employees. Read more

Me, my mom, and my husband ordered over the app and went in and watched them make them. They started them and got to the... veggies, and the guy put lettuce on my sandwich even though it wasn't suppose to have lettuce, I nicely said that it wasn'tsuppose to have that and he took it off but there was still pieces left on my sandwich. Then they waited all the way to the end,even though they could see what was on them by looking at there receipt, to let us know they out of olives and ranch which wasthe 2 biggest thing we wanted on our order. They just kept apologizing that they didn't get there shipment but didn't offeranything to correct it or make it better. We even asked if they could maybe transfer so that we could go to the subway acrosstown to get what we wanted and they said no then just sat there didn't offer anything for the inconvenience.
