The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I didn't get an item which I paid for . Common mistake just didn't put it in... the bag . I probably wouldn't have noticed until I drove off but for so e reason I had a feeling since the bag was rather small. So I looked in it before I pulled away in front of the worker and told him Waite I'm missing my taco. He said no its in there. I told him we'll where because it's not are you sure maybe it didn't get put in the car behind me bag . The guy tells mewell I 0ut it in their myself and I told him I'm sorry sir but unless I'm blind maybe you can show me then he told me to drivearound d the front and he would bring it out . So start to go and hear him say liar to me ... excuse me I decide I'll keep goingand be polite and park in front. After 25 min of him and his Co workers laughing smirking and pointing at me I decide a damtaco really isn't worth it . I just needed a soft taco I paid for for my elderly dad . That's all he wanted. I knocked on doorthey were locked and they all looked at me and acted as if I was a thief . It's so sad to think some people may do things likethat and lie but I'm very offended they mis judged me . I'm never going there again. Not to mention the girl with her hair downaround the food and the boy who was handling the trash and then food and money without washing his hands . If you like taco Bell , Do not eat here...Worst drive thru ,in the entire state...You would be better off with gas station... sushi...I Work in the Visitor center in town, and would recommend anywhere else before I would send them to this Taco Bell..Ifyour new to town stop by the Visitor center, and I will recommend 4 places that serve Mexican.... Alright hours online say they are open, hours on door say they are open yet the doors are locked and everyone inside pretends... they can?t see or hear you knocking on the door. If something went wrong and you have to close early not a big deal but put up asign or at least acknowledge me. Read more
