Better than MCDs other than that not really much to say other than I love their Frostys
Of all the times we have dined in or did take out, this was the worst experience I have had personally. We chose to dine in... today, we ordered our food and got our drink, everything was great to this point, a young lady brought us our food, we bothopened up our hamburgers and took our first bites, I noticed that my meat looked pink, so I took another bite to be sure, and itwas pink, I looked at my husband's hamburger to see if his was pink as well, but his was cooked all the way through. I went tothe register were we purchased our meal and a young lady came forward, I showed her my hamburger and told her it was pink andnot cooked all the way, I told her that I compared it to my husband's hamburger that was cooked all the way done, she said wellbring me the pink hamburger then, I told her the one I had in my hand was the pink hamburger, she said that one was cooked allthe way done and if I wanted another one I would have to pay for it. I turned from the counter, throw the hamburger in thetrashcan and went back to our booth while my husband finished his meal. Now in the meantime, there was another table next toours that had 4 customers at it, that the person from the front counter was swooning over, because they complemented them on thecleanliness of the restaurant, and yes the restaurant was very clean and looked great, the staff brought each one of them amedium sized Frosty, but they refused to fix me a new hamburger. Slow service but the food was perfect. The dinning area was super clean too. You won't regret stopping there.
It's Wendy's. Fastfood burgers. They did a good job. Fry's were fresh, can't say that about the burger.
Always super hot and fresh. I order my burgers custom and I've never had a wrong order. The app is awesome! You can redeem and... use as many deals on the same order as you want and. Pick it up inside, curbside, or in store. Read more
They usually do a great job. Service is fast and friendly. I would like to have given them more stars, however, my latest late... night experience, the chicken nuggets were old and I am allergic to cheese, and received it on my hamburger even afterrequesting no cheese. I enjoyed the fries, and my dog enjoyed the rest. Read more
Quick service and easy access from I-15. Ordered a kids meal with a Hamburger, ketchup only. Told verbatim "that's all it comes... with sir". Unfortunately, gave us a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. By the time we realized, it was too late to return. Myson can't have cheese, had to stop a 2nd time to get him another burger. Read more
