There is little to no work ethic. I arrived at mcdonalds around 10:00 pm last night and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a... vanilla shake. I was told the shake machine is broken. I know how things work it was almost time to close and the dude did notwant to clean the shake machine out. So not only is he lazy, he also is a liar. Worse food and service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. Manager was a jerk. Said he was there to fix the store in return.... I waited 25 minutes for pancakes. Asked for one extra syrup and was told it was an extra charge. After I explained I had beenwaiting several minutes, that he couldn't at least give me a syrup. One syrup. Wow Read more
What a dump. The employees are lazy and clueless. The manager Friday night Sept 30th was swearing at her team. The place was a... disaster, people coming in from the drive thru because they either didn't get there food or got someone else's. The older ladyat the counter had no clue what she was doing and rang up my order wrong. After waiting over fifteen mins I asked for a refund.The woman at the counter had no clue. The rude manager came out and started a fight with me and was screaming and swearing at mebecause I wanted a refund. She needs to quit or be fired. What a disgrace. Read more
First time this McDonald's served relatively fast. Someone was working, from another store, and she was busting her backside!... Keep that up! We never eat here anymore because it is slow to get out and rarely accurate. Very impressed and hope this is apermanent change! ???? Read more
One of the worst mcyds ive been to in a long time. Super looooong wait times, and wrong items. Ordered a sausage mcmuffin with... egg and cheese on the side, and got a sausage inbetween a muffin without egg and cheese. I did not order a specialrequest Breakfast burritos were broke in half. Staff looked overwhelmed like first day on job. Avoid this place, unless you wantto dig through your bag to find out you've been robbed of the very basics. Also consider that if the efficiency is this poor,what kind of shortcuts will be made at the expense of your health. Nothing beats a 24 hr bout of food poisoning, justsayin. McDonald's is not that hard of a job to figure out and do if your an efficient person. Smh Read more
Food was fresh and hot but two our burgers were made incorrectly. They happily remade both burgers and one of them still came... back with errors. Again, they remade the order. The friendliness of the employees was great. The seating area was modern withlots of natural light and well cleaned. Nice place to unwind after many miles of travel. Read more
The lady at the window was super nice, even let us know our fries were really hot but who ever made this chicken sandwich... definitely does not deserve $15 an hour and our fries had no salt at all (adding a picture of the receipt to prove we didn?t askfor no salt or for them to take anything off Read more
The service here just continues to get worse. I had a mobile order so I was going to go through the drive thru. When I pulled... up there was 1 car at the window and 1 and the menu. After I pulled behind the lady at the menu someone pulled in behind me. There was about a 10 minute wait before the lady in front of me got to order. Thought maybe it was just a fluke that it tookthat long to take her order but nope it wasn't. I got to the menu and I got their automated message saying an employee will bewith me shortly. I waited for about 6-8 minutes before I decided to cancel my mobile order. As I put my vehicle in drive andstarted to roll my window up someone finally came over the speaker. 22 total minutes in the drive thru. ??????????? Read more
