Look, I know there?s a lot of bad reviews, and believe me I understand. However, you have to keep in mind that we are completely... understaffed. Most of the time we have 3-4 people at one time trying to run the entire restaurant, not to mention doing curbsideorders and cleaning at the same time. The only time it?s slow is when there?s 10+ cars at once. Read more
The food is decent for McDonalds, the staff seems to mess up a lot of orders. The manager was very nice and i felt bad for him... because he was really trying to keep the flow going, but his crew was just not up to par. A team that doesn't pay attention todetails and consistently messing up orders can really wear down and burn out a good manager (much like a bad manager can ruin agood team...but in this case it was the team failing the management). Our order was fine but multiple people came in from thedrive through with wrong orders, so the manager had a lot of angry customers coming at him and a crew who just made thingsworse. Read more
