I was extremely disappointed with the service and atmosphere of the restaurant. There was like 6 to 10 people in there early... morning October 8 2022. I arrived around 1 am . The waitress took my order about 5 to 6 minutes later. I ordered my usual Double Texas Cheesesteak with Double Hashbrowns and a water. I told the waitress I was in no rush for food but i am thirsty. Ireceived my cup of water 40 minutes later after asking 3x for it. The cook had a terrible attitude could hear him cussing underhis breath the whole time I was there about the customer and how much he hated his job, continually using the f-word. Thewaitress seemed very overwhelmed and she was trying hard but the cook was burning food and cooking 1 order at a time from prepto finish absolutely no multi tasking. Needless to say I received my order about 78 minutes after I ordered it. It was alrightbut I've had way better cooked waffle house in the past. I've had very good experiences with this particular Waffle House on the several occasions I've visited. The last time there it... was the height of breakfast time and all seats were full. The waitress quickly took our order to go and we were again on theroad in 10 minutes. Orders were correct and tasted great. Can't beat that! Read more
I came in with my family last night.. I was served by a lady name ?YumYum? ? she was the absolute worst server. She was rude to... me and my family when trying to meet our expectations because it was ?time for her to get off? .. we were called ?hoodrats ?upon entry of the building, and she attempted to shut me up when asking for Mayo packets. I expressed that she was not a greatserver or host period and she nonchalantly shrugged it off. She went to help another guest with a better attitude than what shehelped me and my family with. I?m rating 1 star because the cook was nice enough to get me pickles after I was yelling forservice with 3 people standing in the kitchen as Waffle House employees. Err....well, the coffee was not as good as I'd hoped. It wasn't strong at all. It tasted like weak hotel coffee; the kind that's... in premeasured packets in hotel rooms. Ugh. Hash browns weren't cooked thoroughly, nor were my watery scrambled eggs. Read more
I absolutely loved this place. Everything was good there. The waiter was friendly and nice. The place was well kept up. The... environment is positive. The food was actually quite astonishing. I would recommend this place for travelers and small families. Read more
