Alright, so... I must admit, Wendy's is my favorite fast-food chain and I live within walkin' distance to it. It's only open... for a few hours, like lunch til supper. It's closed around 6:30PM and that's solely because the franchise owner is a cheapskate.Doesn't wanna pay their stressed out, overworked and Underpaid staff. Fair wages would totally improve the food quality, theservice and the moral of the miserable employees. Poorly run facility - I've been going to the Pearl location instead. Went to drive through at 10:10 am. Waited 2:30 minutes for someone to answer. Man comes on and says they are not open at this... time. This is the worst run fast food place we have ever tried. Gone there twice to be told they don't have taco salad anylonger. The menu says they do. Too many other burger joints around to put up with this place. Read more

Horrible! I understand it is hard to hire right now? but the staff here is just downright rude. Stood in line with about 10... other people to order at the counter. The girl at register left to go work on drive thru orders and left us all standing therewaiting for a solid 15-20 minutes. No explanation, no acknowledgement, no ?I?m sorry we are extremely short handed?, ?I?ll bewith you as soon as possible?, ?thank you for your patience ?, ?kiss my butt? nothing. I pulled up at 10:33am this morning so I knew they had just opened. I waited about 7 mins maybe for this wondeful burger. I have... always loved Wendys over any other fast food place.
