Love the ice cream and love the flavors, would have given five stars if not for the customer service. I came in (knowing it was... close to closing) and instead of greeting me or having something nice to say the only thing the employees said to me was ?we arealmost closed, what do you want.? Luckily I knew what I/my wife wanted but the attitude was completely rude, unkind andunbecoming of a food service employee; that is coming from someone that understands the frustration of closing a store andhaving last minute customers as I have worked at both restaurants and service stations that closed at night and, even if itmeant I had to close late, I always greeted customers with a smile and a kind hello and how can I help you tonight. A large group of car enthusiasts meet up in Richland every year and we have an ice cream run to this Baskin Robbins every year.... We always catch them by surprise and they always get us through. Great customer service. Great ice cream. Read more
Went in last night to get some ice cream with my fiance... The guy was so disrespectful, everytime I asked him a question he'd... snap at me. According to him, Baskin-Robbins stopped making clown cones? I think we'll be taking our business elsewhere afterthis experience. Read more

Y?all. In this day and age of online ordering and contact free delivery- can I just tell you guys how impressed I am by this... store? These guys reached out personally to ask if I would mind sending over a new picture (I?d ordered a not inexpensive photocake online) so that they could make the layout look better. I then asked if they could change the piping color of the icing toone that wasn?t a choice online. Answer: ?Sure! Would she like a little rose too?? Thank you so much, Stevens Drive store, forgoing that extra step. So, so appreciated. Read more
