Always good food & drinks. Attentive service and its very nice inside. The tablecloths are long pieces of paper and they give... the kids crayons but not the adults . Very disappointed in this restaurant. Never got to dine there. We had a party of 5 reservation for 6:30 pm on a Friday. They... were only offering a booth. Can not imagine putting 5 adults (including two large adult males) in a booth. They apparentlyoverbooked and had a couple of large groups scheduled. I can understand these issues, the disappointment came when the managerwho appeared to be about 16 and admitted only 2 years as a manager literally told us that all they had was a booth ?and if youdon?t like that it?s your problem not ours?. That is a direct quote. The option given was to wait over an hour for a table.Obviously customer service is not practiced at this restaurant. We opted to leave this rude establishment and had a great dinnerat Anthony?s with a table for 5, 10 minute wait, and a water view. Read more
The staff is always wonderful, helpful, and personable. The food is always fresh and well prepared. I love the ambience and... vibe. They're staples are consistent and they're specials and seasonal offerings are worth looking forward to and trying them. Read more
Ordered the bang bang shrimp family meal to go which was good, the reason for the two stars is this is the third time I have... ordered a meal from here and have been shorted on my order. I do not like to to spend extra money for something and then notrevive it. I didn?t go back as it is a long drive. After this failed attempt I think I am done. Read more
9/24/2021 (5 Stars) Have not been here for 2+ years. Made Reservation for a Friday night at 5:15p. Drove the 1.5 hours, from... home, to celebrate a special occasion. We were seated at our scheduled time, the staff were friendly and attentive to us theentire time we were there. The meal was fabulous, as we have experienced before. I love their bang bang shrimp tacos. they also have been bang shrimp which is always really good. Their burgers are really yummy... you have to try those this isn't just like a fish restaurant you can try a bunch of different things there menu isoff-the-charts they have wonderful drinks to offer cocktails. Enjoyed the food, handled my food allergy very well. The manager came out and talked to us and treated me with respect to my... weird onion allergy. We had the salmon and pork chop. My wife had the creme brulee. It was all good and our server Martin wasgreat. Read more
Wanted to get out and enjoy a date with the Mrs. We picked Bonefish as we've both enjoyed their food and atmosphere before.... Showed up and were seated right away. Began with a mango sangria, bang bang shrimp and beef pot stickers. Not long after, theshrimp arrived and we enjoyed our bread and first app. 20 minutes later our entrees showed up. When I asked if our otherappetizer was still coming or my wife's drink for that matter, the waitress stopped to check her notepad and then turned andbegan walking to the kitchen. Her drink arrived shortly after with a word that the potstickers would be up in just a minute.Tried my bacon Mac&cheese and was not happy at all. Noodles were rubbery and stake tasting. When the potstickers arrived itlooked as though the pan drippings had been dumped over the top and side of bowl. They were mush and seemed like they'd justbeen sitting for thirty five minutes. Extremely underwhelmed. Chose to skip everything I'd ordered and share some ahi poke bowlmy wife had ordered. Pumpkin spice cake wasn't bad. Advice would be to enjoy the apps, maybe even during happy hour, althoughBonefish, like everywhere, has seen a big increase in those prices. Skip the rest and you'll be happy. As I waited by thehostess station I just listened to our waitress and the hostess have a goofy conversation. As we left not even a goodnight orthanks for coming in.
