I walked in. Took a second to look at the menu. Then got in line. I had some time to look at the food. The chicken looked dry... and old. This bin of chicken was completely full. I was wwaiting for the cashier to take care of her customer first. Thenanother worker came from the back and had asked me what I wanted and I told her. And she made my burrito in about 20-30 seconds,it also looked a bit light but I wasn't able to really see how much she put in. Sat in my car. Took two bites and tasted coldchicken and beans but most importantly the chicken, it was below room temperature about 50 degrees. And it tasted about 30minutes to an hour old. And again it was a full tub of chicken. I came back inside for a refund. She asked if I wanted her tomake one in the back. Not sure what that meant. I left the burrito as well. Because, I'm not risking eating cold chicken at afast food restaurant. Judging by the state of that and the lettuce I saw, this restaurant probably gets away with a lot ofnegligence for food safety. And I'm sure the chicken was going to stay out until it was empty. Cashier was courteous and didtheir best to refund me. And made a great effort to do so. I go to chipotle because I am paying restaurant prices for qualityfood. I was thinking about this for a month and now I have a stomach ache thinking of Chipotle. The food was old. And throwntogether. Went in about 2:00 and I was the only customer. Stood around for over 5 min while a guy chopped meat. He had yelled for someone... then finally went back and got them. I ordered a pop and the machine had no ice, so I had to wait around for someone to get it.Poor, poor customer service. My burrito was marginally worth it! Read more

Who repeatedly runs out of steam and chicken when those are the main ingredients on your menu? Nothing else than anticipating a... bowl from Chipotle and being told they've ran out of two very basic ingredients. Might as well close for the day at thatpoint. You can do better than this. Read more

Chipotle used to be so much better. We have tried to give this location so many chances but the last multiple times that we have... gone here our order comes out cold, the bowls are half way full, & our order is messed up. customer service is nothing comparedto what it used to be & most of the workers have a super bad attitude. So this is the Subway of Mexican food, so keep your expectations around that level to be satisfied. Tips: 1. never get... guac...some people claim to love it, but obviously they have never had good guac. If you eat genuine Mexican food, Chipotlesimply does not have the proper flavor profile for guacamole imo- not enough lime, salt, cilantro, or pepper (plus cumin,garlic, ect), nor are the avocados creamy enough. 2. Get black beans & pinto, 1/2 & 1/2 (good for texture & flavor) 3. Getsalsas, pico, sour cream on the side (I can't eat a whole serving, so this makes reheating more palatable, ignore this if youeat all at once) 4. Get a burrito bowl with 2 extra tortillas on the side (makes 2 meals for me, as I said previously, I can'teat all of this at once, if you can, then ignore this too), Don't do drive through, it's a slow nightmare if you did the apporder. 5. As a vegetarian definitely get sofritos (or vegetarian chorizo if they offer it, my heart broke when it went away)and fajita veggies- adds so much texture, spice, & flavor. 6. Last tip: If you take your food home to eat definitely add morelime and if you have it, authentic Mexican cheese (salty cotija does so much for the overall flavor). Read more

Big slop of spoiled guacamole on top. (Which they charged extra for) was all brown and tasted spoiled. Had to scrape brown... sludge off the top of my salad which was pretty gross and nearly impossible. Read more
