Most of the time this place is great but I was just in there and ordered 45$ worth of food and they got a meal wrong put... toppings on it that I'm allergic to, they cought it and told me they'd remake it, awesome appreciated it. So I figured they didbut to my surprise when I got home they tried to just scrape the toppings off hoping I wouldn't notice and left plenty behind sonow I have an uneatable meal and it's not worth it for me to drive all the way back there this late and I shouldn't have tobecause it should've been remade. I usually love this place. Tonight was extremely disappointing. The food quality was 1 at best. Just disgusting. I used DD... and ordered dinner for my husband and I when we received it the effort was one of a child and honestly wondering if they aregoing out of business or if the health department needs to pay a visit. Great food and tasty salsa, and their salads are great too. Recently had a burrito and it was delicious and filling.
Placed an online order and was given a time it would be ready(20 minutes). Showed up 3 minutes after the ready time and they... hadn't even started it. From order placed to me getting it was over 40 minutes (20 minutes of sitting in a booth waiting whileother customers walked through the line start to finish getting their food) . It was 2 salads so not anything super big ordifficult. Just never online order, they seem to not start until you arrive and put you as the back of the priority. Other thanthat it's good food wise, but why have an online ordering system if it's not started until the person enters the store!? It'snot like they were under staffed either I count 8 people working. Never coming to this Costa again, wasting my time is tooinfuriating. Read more
