As their title might suggest, this restaurant joins different cuisines in a appealing and artful way. The menu alludes to... Mediterranean and asain influence, but also includes Italian and American classics. The fresh local ingredients were evident andvibrant with color and flavor. We loved the grilled bread with amazing mushrooms, a must try! The Baja fish taco was burstingwith flavor and the sausage, onion and Calabrian chili pizza was incredible. Of course we had to try the Sicilian ricotta filleddonuts in blackberry sauce and we were glad we did! With a surprisingly eligent ambiance in the Richland uptown, handmadeceramics all accented with the dovetail logo, and ingredients that were elivated and intentional, I highly recommend this hiddengem! I had the Spicey Korean Taco (third picture) and was missing the basic ingredient of a tortilla...but I guess tortillas are... synonymous to lettuce wraps??????? I had a slice of my friends pizza (first pic) and their actual taco (second) but I wasn't asimpressed as they were. Though, the experience of a different restaurant was nice. Read more
The culinary highlight of our trip to Tri-Cities. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed great cocktails, friendly service, and... delicious food. The pita was huge and fluffy, both with the lamb and the hummus. Highly recommended! Read more
We had an incredible dinner here tonight !!! Maren at the bar was amazing-she was so sweet & our drinks were incredible!!... Everything was delicious& the atmosphere was awesome. Amazing place with vegan options! Upscale casual dining in the Tri-Cities that would fit right in in Seattle (and would thrive,... people would love it, I would go all the time.) I was skeptical about finding any vegan options let alone delicious ones in theTri-Cities, and Dovetail blew me away. From the mocktail made with Seedlip to the head of cauliflower on garlic sauce to theflavor-packed curry to the incredible staff and relaxed upscale vibe, it was amazing! We loved it and will definitely come backwhen we're in the area. I was really excited to try the African peanut curry I'd seen on yelp, but that was not the curry theycurrently have. But don't worry, it's that "coconut chickpea curry" and it is also incredibly tasty. Read more
Really great place. More casual than I expected, but the food was delicious! A bit smaller portions than a chain restaurant, but... that meant more room for dessert! Would definitely head back. This is one of my go to Richland date night restaurants. The food is always impeccable, the restaurant is clean, and the... servers friendly and attentive. I love the changing seasonal menu that consistently has an interesting variety of things to try(with fantastic options for vegetarians and vegans as well). Literally everything I've eaten here so far, whether appetizers,entree, salad, dessert, or cocktail has been delicious and visually appealing (you eat with your eyes first!). I'd definitelyrecommend reservations on weekend evenings since it can get pretty busy.
