This cute little bakery is a mom and pop business! It was SO nice to be in a bakery that is owned by someone with Celiac, have... conversations about gluten-free struggles and not have to explain anything. Their goodies are so moist, full of flavor and ifyou didn't know better, you would think that they weren't gluten-free. They have cake mixes, sauces and lots of goodies to makeat home. My daughter and her boyfriend were with me and they couldn't taste the difference at all. Anyone who has Celiac knowsthe struggle of finding yummy treats that aren't dry/dense and FULL of flavor.
