Terrible service management hides refused to come out even though they said they would. We came for our daughter and her uncles... birthday. We were told many different things. One birthday discount per table then one discount per tab, what was it? No onecould tell us. Fine no problem, they need to figure out their stuff. The real problem is when we booked a large group that caneasily be dispersed between 2 tables like we requested cramped into on table leaving a whole group out from the show wasextremely disappointing. Having to pay $30 gratuity for a show we couldn't enjoy and terrible service didn’t sit well withus.....We don’t ever have a problem tipping, we like to tip more than 20% always. This time was not that time for us. Oursteaks were over cooked; medium rare does not mean well done. Our steaks were so done and dry it resembled jerky. Not only wasthe food not made as requested. A good majority of our food was missing. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the rest of ourfood. Extremely disappointed in where this establishment is going. The only reason I am giving a 4 star to this restaurant is for the time we had to wait before being served, we are a family with... 3 kids and we all know they don't like to wait. Other then that the experience was awesome, food is delicious, service is greatand last but not least the show the cook performed was spectacular. Read more

We loved the live cooking performance and the chefs were very entertaining. The service was fairly good, but very rushed. We... were still starting to enjoy our freshly cooked delicious meal when the waiter insisted on serving the ice cream like Now. Iasked if the we could wait until we could eat forst and the waiter said "you can have it now or tomorrow". I thought he wasjoking and said tomorrow, but he brought it that very next minute and it was all just wasted and melted while we ate. Sodelicious food, awesome entertaining chefs, clean dining area and clean bathroom, but the rushy waiter slightly rude as well,took a point off of what would of been a 5 score. Read more

We come here often with a crowd of 6-10 constantly! Enough to get Blake and Esoj aka Jose! We love this duo make sure you... request these two guys! Blake is always on point with drinks, apps and recommendations! Esoj is a true master at his craft! Hehas is 10000 hours in and puts on a great show! Ask for the hibachi cook Jose! He was entertaining & really knows how to cook and season his food. We got the Ribeye and was... worth the price and wait. Only con was how long we had to wait for the hibachi cook but they are short handed on hibachi cooksso completely understand. Worth the wait. Read more
