They charged us extra $$ for a pepsi refill! I was shocked! My husband has worked for Pepsi for over 10 years. Soda with refills... is a HUGE profit. Shows how cheep they are. Ordered a #9 and a #10. The crab puffs were missing... called to let them know the mistake and the RUDEST guy answers and tells... me to check the white bag. I check the bag, only fortune cookies in it.... I tell him.... he tells me its convenient that theorder is missing the crab puffs but he'll do me a FAVOR and replace them. I said excuse me, maybe they were placed with thewrong order but I definitely did not have them. He then says they are busy and he's hanging up. I will NEVER go back. Read more
