I can't comment on the service, as i was refused to get any. I attempted to enter the lobby, at around 6:15, and was told that I... needed to go through the drive through, they had closed the lobby. I explained that i was driving a 36 foot RV , and that wasnta possibility, i asked if I could order online or some other way to order ans jokingly mentioned the six Hungry kids that werewaiting werent gunna be happy if I came back And the response I got, was "well looks like you aren't going to be eating here"and she walked off locking the door behind her. If I wasn't mistaken the lady I spoke with was also a manager, which was ashockgiven her customer service was not only awful but it was insulting and unprofessional. This restaurant wouldn't allow us to order our food the way we like it. Then when got to the window said they couldn't make... change for what we were paying with. Kathleen was very smart mouth about the whole experience. I would avoid this restaurant atall costs. Very bad service and you cant get your food the way you prefer. They make fast food taste good, but still fast. They remove the excuses that other restaurants have. The food is always... fantastic, they are never out of the coat flavorings, and the curly fries are to die for. Do yourself a favor, skip saving adollar at McDonald's, and go here. Every time I got food here they forgot at least one item. Once in a blue moon happens everywhere, but here it is EVERY TIME. I... kept thinking "must be a fluke, weird luck" but tonight is the last time I lose at least ten bucks on something that neverarrived. I haven't really tried Jack in the box in some years because I wasn't happy with the food several years ago. I was very... surprised to find the food delicious. The fries were great, they used to be awful, the chicken Teriyaki was great, I am a fanagain a d will try more. Don't usually buy fast food at all. Read more

Staff is super friendly and courteous HOWEVER this sad example of "portion control" is why they get 2 stars. When you order... something with nacho cheese you'd expect some to maybe be dripping out onto the fries but this is outright pathetic! Food wasfresh but without the gooey cheese it's a dry bread with chicken in it. I mean I already know it's mostly water anyways so whybe so tight with it??? Don't care for the tacos, never have, never will. Leave taco making to the Latinos. Sadly I'm pretty sureI won't ever come there for burgers or sandwiches of any sort.
