We came in around 50 minutes before closing, they only had fried rice, orange chicken, a couple other chicken items, mixed... veggies and egg rolls. They were missing 3/4 of the food. When I asked why they didn't have anything, the employee said theywere closing. I said you close in like an hour. (We were there at 8:35, 8:40 ish, they close at 9:30) employee said, we close inhalf an hour. I left because they didn't have what i wanted and i don't want whatever left-over food they're letting dry out inthe corner. I appreciate the people here because they let me cut the line since I have 1 item, very economical thinking. But they really... hustling on the food. The noodles and meat they short you on. It's not cool. Read more
I really like the Beyond orange chicken. It was great when it was Buy 1 Get 1! But now it's too spendy for me. I wish their food... was at least 25%-50% cheaper. I'd go there all the time! Read more
October 1st, 2022 7:30p Saturday night. No cars in parking lot. No one in drive-thru. I decide to pick up dinner here at Panda... Express on Dupertail in Richland, WA. What a mistake! Blackened teriyaki chicken and mushy noodles. I brought it back and thestaff knew "all day" the chicken was this badly burnt employee told me. She'd recommended I try another entree. So I choosebejing beef. Brought that home. Opened that bowl and they only gave me 3 pieces? Not a full scoop. And those mushy noodles. NowI see why the place was empty on what should've been Prime Time dinner hour. Avoid this Panda Express. I'll head to Pasco nexttime for Panda food. Read more
The food is fine. Just don't ever do their mobile online order. We ordered 20 minutes before we got there, showed up at the time... they said it would be ready. They said it was almost ready and 15 minutes later they said actually they were just starting onit. At least 6 families went through the line and got their food while I was waiting.... Read more

Pretty good food! Service was slow inside with orders and checkout. For some reason I thought Panda Express gave out a fortune... cookie per order? Not anymore? Well there are bags of them you can purchase instead?.. also, I thought the cream cheese Rangoonthings came with a warm sweat and sour dipping sauce? We got these packets we had to spill over the top of them?..not fun, andnot convenient for dine-in?. Facility was clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. There?s an outside seating area too. Inconsistent on servings. Was very busy but does not dismiss the fact of customer service and consistency being key. Will hope... next visit goes better or will find another location. Read more
