We ordered for delivery and waited almost an hour. I called to follow up on it and the manager told me he just left and it will... be another 10 minutes. I live not even 5 minutes away. I said okay and I would wait. 15 minutes later he is still not there. Icalled and said I just wanted to drive and pick it up, the manager stated it would be ready when I got there but when I arrivedhe told me it would be another 20 minutes. We originally ordered our food at 5:30 and didn't get it till 7:15. I was upset, themanager then said he would refund my order and comp our food. He still has not done so. I asked that he refund the tip anddelivery fee for the driver because I had to drive out to pick up the food and he said he would. He still hasn't refunded me andit's been almost a week. I understand being short staffed but I don't understand the lack of follow through. When you say you'regoing to do something you should do it. I don't recommend ordering from this location. Read more
Love everyone at the Gage store! They call me by name. They have Excellent service and speedy delivery. Great pizza at a descent... price. What else can I say...This Papa Johns cares about its customers. Great pizza and great specials. Our family has alwaysreally enjoyed Papa John's pizza. I also like to ad the occasional Buffalo chicken wings with our pizza order, my kids reallyseem to like them too. Our preference is the thin crust. Restaurant is always really clean and the staff is always reallycourteous and friendly. Read more
We order pizza from this Papa John's on a regular basis. The pies are ready quickly, my orders are always correct and they're... tasty. The workers there are always friendly and personable. I also love that there are specials on their website when I orderonline. It's a great way to feed a bunch of teenage boys. What more can I ask? Read more
Got 2 large pizzas for 30$ and they gave us free plates, peppers, and Parmesan. The pizza was very good!
