Service was slow. I was told my wrap was being made. After waiting almost 10 minutes, they realized it had been made, but given... to another customer by accident. I had to wait for them to remake it. By then, my hot drink was warm and my blended drink waspartially melted. I was not impressed. I did really like the decor inside though. There is plenty of seating. Aside from thepoor service, if you are looking for a place to meet someone for coffee, this would certainly be an option. Read more
Very good sandwiches and YUMMY coffee. All of the staff members are SO friendly and make sure you get exactly what you want!... Update review: 3/22/2022 Same great drinks and service! Suggestions for company: get more stuff to add to the sofas like: fruit... purée, popping pearls, syrup flavors, favored creams….???? Update review: I came back at a different time of day and theservice was still amazing! I ordered the Rosebud, a tropical mountain, grilled cheese (again), and a chicken melt. I alsoordered their mango smoothie. All very tasty. If ordering anything from their grill, you must consume when it’s hot. If youkeep it in the container in the way home it cools and gets soft. (Normal for any grilled sandwich). I’m posting morepictures! Ordered two drinks and a grilled cheese! The drinks were amazing! I ordered “The Doc” and a “Rosebud”. Oh mygoodness the taste was amazing and the blended “Rosebud” consistency was smooth with no chunks of ice(sometimes places blendso fast they leave chunks of ice). The grilled cheese was so good I forgot to get a picture before I ate most of it. Phenomenal! We tried a few of the chicken Sandwiches and all of them were amazing, but my ultimate favorite is the Chicken... Avacado! Everything is cooked fresh so be prepared to wait a little bit, but you WILL NOT be disappointed! Excellent customerservice. The cooks really take pride in their food! This is a little head and gem in the Tri-Cities that you should try if you like coffee. Even if you don't like coffee they have... different drink choices. And they make a variety of sandwiches. They have to build your own breakfast bar which is nice which isa bowl sandwich or burritos. Read more

Net a friend for coffee. I ordered the triple stack club sandwich, and the Jack Attack (white coffee with cinnamon, caramel,... white cinnamon and white chocolate). My friend ordered the iced Strawberry Rose which had real rose petals! A quiet hidden cafeand coffee shop. Nice atmosphere, and unique menu. Really enjoyed our visit. Read more
This place caters to the medical professionals near by and it shows. The food is on the same level as hospital food. Cheap... microwave bacon and egg patties on dry toast as a breakfast sandwich FOR $12. There's more style than substance here. The placeis cute, well decorated and welcoming. The two folks working were friendly and engaging. But paying nearly $30 for a breakfastsandwich and burrito? Nah.... I dug in to the history of the place and found out it's a "daddies money" situation. The owner ofthe building set this up for their kid. If this is what they pass off as food, they've ever eaten anything that didn't come froma hospital cafeteria or a microwave. Check back in the future though, they let me know their menu is changing next week and I'mpraying it gets better. For now, it's a lot like going to that person's big fancy house on the hill but all they have to eat isRamen and PB&J's. House rich, food poor. Read more
