Atmosphere is great if you want a quiet private place for date night or a lunch. They did good on the decor. Food was pretty... good, presented in a high class way, but small portions. I personally care less about presentation, more about feeling full whenI leave a restaurant. We tried the pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Read more

The food is good, if you're willing to wait a long time to get it (two hours for two people). This is the sentiment shared in... many other reviews, and I experienced it myself tonight. The unfortunate part is that it's not because they were busy (therewere only two other tables there), just from lacking any efficiency or urgency. Yes, the food tasted good but lackluster serviceis their downfall. My wife ordered a fruity drink, very weak on the alchohol. I ordered an iced matcha tea, and again they choseto skimp with culinary grade matcha (which anyone who knows matcha can easily tell). Our order consisted of an appetizer(samosas), and two entrees (pineapple fried rice, and wok fried veggies with tofu). A 30 minute wait after ordering, the samosaswere delivered along with one entree. The other entree came out 10 minutes later. The food was quite tasty, it was cooked welland had good flavor. Fried bananas dessert was very good. The owner was there and she was quite nice, speaking to us a few timesas she helped out in the dining area. There was only one girl serving, which might not have been an issue for someoneexperienced but it seemed like it was her first day waiting tables. My overall impression is that ordering food to-go or perhapsdelivery through a service is the way to go if you want to eat here - they still have some business efficiencies to figure outwhen it comes to operating dine-in. The food alone didn't provide enough value to justify a $100 check. Read more

We spent our honeymoon in Thailand and this brought us back to the streets of Bangkok. Great food. The duck was amazing but the... baozi Bunz were not freshly made in house, and while good, not worth what they were charging for prepackaged frozen bao. It wasalso quite expensive (we didn't even order alcohol and it was $80 for two of us). Read more

Super delicious and authentic southeast Asian cuisine! Had the chicken satay skewers, Thai noodle soup, DIY Peking duck wraps... (very very good) and the jackfruit fries. The atmosphere was also fantastic, and I think this would make a chic place fordinner. They had a variety of interesting cocktails, but since we came for lunch we opted for the Thai tea instead. All theflavors were on point, nothing was watered down or cut corners on. Would definitely recommend! Read more

This is absolutely one of the best restaurants in the Tri. They have a very unique, expansive, and thoughtful menu and it's all... very very fresh. Cocktails are very clever and well crafted. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality andvariety. The freshness means that it won't take 10 minutes to get your entree, so get an appetizer and plan to spend some time. Decor is very fun and unique so take the time to look around. Read more

Finally a Thai place thay deviates from the usual suspects! I love all Thai food, but many places get stuck in a rut and the... menus are nearly identical. You could probably take a menu from one thai restaurant to another and order without muchdifference. 705 takes a more daring approach by integrating Thai Street food, as well as some Chinese influence. It's arefreshing change of pace. I started with drink, the blue peaflower cooler with citrus shot. The citrus shot changes thedrinks color from deep blue to royal purple. Flavor was very enjoyable. I went with the egg noodle soup with ground & bbqpork, and wasn't disappointed. I think that the salt could be increased a bit, but other than that it was very tasty a.d had anice assortment of items in it including pork dumplings. I will definitely come back to see more.
