I've been coming here almost daily... and the employees tend to all be nice. Also I appreciate Courtney as she was the first one... to acknowledge me as a returning customer which I have never experienced with any Starbucks. So brownie points for her! Today Iwent and the lady at the register was looking as if she was having a rough day and just not smiling, didn't say hi or have agood day or anything, she told me the cost, took my card, handed me my items, and gave the card back and then didn't sayanything. First weird experience here just because I'm used to having the employees be so nice and cheerful. Maybe just a badday? I don't know. But I will still come back, mainly for Courtney:) Read more
I am genuinely impressed with this coffee shop. It is plainly evident that management has assembled and trained an outstanding... staff. Starbucks products have always been the gold standard. by far the best starbucks i've had in the tricities. staff engages so genuinely with customers, i sat in the store for a few... hours with my laptop & got none of the stereotypical irritated food-worker banter, everyone seemed cheerful & on top of theirgame. heard more than one customer greeted by name & they were so sweet about remaking orders. salted caramel cold brew had themost cold foam i've ever seen on a cold brew! tasted fresh & the coffee itself wasn't too bitter either. highly recommend Read more

The sweet cream cold brew is amazing and the staff is always extra friendly. This is probably my favorite Starbucks to frequent... as I work up the road. I especially love the weekly fun questions the employees ask. Read more
Service was fast and workers were very friendly and kind. My toddler made a little bit of a mess and my husband wanted a rag to... clean it up and they said it was alright, no big deal, and that they would handle it. ?????? Definitely appreciate them. Read more
Although Starbucks is a chain they are not all the same. This shop mafe the best latte and breakfast sandwich I have had in over... a year. Thus was my first visit to this shop. I will visit anytime I am in that area. Read more
Great location for Starbucks- food/drinks are good as usual, but the staff really made this my favorite location. Very friendly... and not afraid to just shoot the breeze while waiting for my order instead of just awkwardly standing there waiting.
