Me and wife took this during summer days. It is a great experience. The food is average but the experience of dining in the... river , ramps up the good eating experience. Especially the view of the Columbia river is gorgeous during day time. It?s an hourride from start to finish and we loved everything in this cruise. Read more

We attended the Octoberfest cruise on October 4th with some out of town guests. From what I understand, their normal every day... cruise is much better. The number one issue was it was way too crowded. Food was served buffet style and the crew attempted tonot have people line up in the tiny isles for the food. But they only told the first table this, so we ate while people in linebumped into us. Another issue was the PA system. I would think for safety they would get this fixed. The people on the mainfloor of the boat couldn't hear the safety brief or any announcements. My third complaint was ... It was unbearably hot. Thecruise was three hours long, and honestly, most of the customers couldn't wait to get off that boat. It felt more like flyingcoach on an airline instead of a fairly pricy dinner cruise. Overall, 3 stars because the food was good and the crew, althoughoverwhelmed, tried hard. But I can't recommend this three hour tour unless they fix their passenger comfort issues. While we did not get to leave the dock due to the river being lower unexpectedly, the lunch buffet was wonderful, the staff... charming, and it was all at no charge. Everyone was offered a full refund gift certificate with no expiration date. So all inall it was a lovely lunch, even though disappointing we did not get to actually cruise. I?m rating 1 star because of what happened on our cruise. We never left the dock, so it wasn?t a cruise. The river was low, as... it was for weeks, and we were trapped in the harbor. This ruined the night for my mother-in-law who paid for the whole event andhad high hopes for it. She, being a multiple small business owner, understands that she should have been notified in advance wewould not be cruising and given be option to reschedule. They did offer us a free day cruise, but arranging for the whole familyto clear their schedules and get babysitting makes this a inconsiderate gesture. Overall I enjoyed my experience though. Iwould have normally rated this 3-4 stars because the atmosphere inside the boat was nice and I understand that dramas aredifficult to put on locally, so I don?t mind the performance. No one at our table ate the salad, or drank the spritzer, whichwas a weird mix of white wine and apple cider. The fish was cooked excellent and the dessert was well-made. Read more
Did a Lunch Cruise, took my granddaughter (12) - we both had a wonderful time. Purchased tickets online with no problems,... arrived & boarded - cruise left on time. Greeted by Captain Dave & some of the crew. Service was great & servers were attentiveto all the passengers. Had chicken for lunch that I was able to cut with my fork. The chicken was cooked perfect. After themeal, each table was offered a chance to go up to the captains area. Captain Dave answered any questions you may have & heexplained what he does while navigating the mighty Columbia River. I've been on three of their cruises and loved every one. We did a happy hour cruise, dinner cruise, and my favorite- brunch... cruise that went through the Locks on the Snake River. Can't wait to do another one! Read more
