In Establishment staff was great, got everything that was ordered, although the wings were way too tough for my daughter to eat.
Always slow and often mix up your order. We got only half our order this time and took a while to get the rest. They were nice... enough about it but 4 people trying to figure it out and don't know if they're coming or going. ???? Good food tho! Read more
Don't bother coming here for chicken. They never have any. When they have tenders they are no where near the size they should... be. Employees also can't count. Had to go through twice to get the right amount. Any other KFC would be better. Save yourselfthe trouble and drive the extra 30 or more miles to literally any other KFC Read more
They couldn't get an order correct. No one has answered our call, have called many times/days. Ordered a meal for family &... didn't get the number of pieces of chicken we ordered. The cookies are bland tasting, go back to the cakes. Coleslaw wastasteless. Do like the containers the hot/cold items come in. Wish they had plates, silverware, cups & napkins at this location. So much for quick pick up. Placed an order, notified it was ready for pickup. Get there and the order hasn't even been started.... Waited 15 minutes for it. Could have just gone there and ordered in person. Needless to say my wife missed supper before havingto go to work. Apparently all the rumors about Richland Center KFC are true. Never again for me. Delicious fast food restaurant! This one is combined with a taco bell too. You can get your favorite food at the same location.... I highly recommend their biscuits, they are the best made from scratch. This is a nice recently remodeled location. It's kidfriendly and has lots of family food options. We enjoyed our visit! The food is always old and dried out for KFC. Taco Bell isn't necessarily God Awful, but isn't great either. The kitchen isn't... clean. All of our local fast-food restaurants are fully decked out with kids, which is good but, they have poor work ethic, badattitudes, and have little to no care about customer service. They're not being taught to appreciate customers or theopportunity they're given to be able to have a starting point in the world. They can't count back change properly, & don't knowhow to make change without a machine to tell them. Needless to say, I don't eat here anymore. Oh, and the parking lot anddrive-thru are insanely small & narrow. Read more
