Had to wait outside the normal drive thru line and when rounding up to nearest dollar never received the apple pie for doing so.... Not a big deal, but we only ordered a quarter pounder meal, double cheeseburger and fries. Food was fresh and hot though. Read more
Food is usually done right when through the app, customer service is absolutely horrible. Employees are rude, snooty, act like... they're on the top of the world and better than you in every way (mostly the younger employees but isn't just them). Besidesthat the food is usually good, screw ups on orders are rare. Read more
The staff were very friendly and amicable during the last-hour rush that they had, even with the limited staff (as any business... would have at 10 PM, thus was just an exceptionally busy day from what I could tell) and never-ending line. Ordered food just after breakfast cutoff and order was not even close to what I ordered but my receipt was correct. I came back... for them to fix it and they forgot my fries but was already home. Called twice to get sorted out but no one answered. Not happy. Read more
