Best subway I've been to. Subway isn't top of the line but for what it is, this one has great staff who make great sandwiches
Prices are ridiculous, especially when this subway loves to skimp on everything in your sandwich. Used to spend at least 100... dollars in here a month, we used to be regulars but times have changed. I had a three footlongs for 18 dollars coupon, I calledto make sure I could get some of the new subs on it ( two monsters and one boss ) and I was told I could, I come in, try to handthe coupon and get told it won't work. I ended up spending just shy of 50 dollars on three subs and a wrap. There was nothing"monster" or "boss" about these subs besides the monstrous prices. You've lost a good customer until things can be straightenedout. Read more

Employees refused to make sandwiches and were being really rude and nasty called corporate, The corporate office talked with... this Subway and then this Subway retaliated and told us we could no longer do business with them. . A different visit anemployee cut himself while making the sandwiches we requested new ones made, the employee refused and claimed there wasn't anyblood on the sandwiches, upon arrival at home we inspected the sandwiches and there was in fact blood, we ended up wasting $30.The sandwiches went into the garbage. Bad business ethics. Surrounding towns Subway are excellent there are not any issueslike the one in Richland Center. I do not recommend this one in Richland Center. Read more
This restaurant has ripped me off twice now giving me a 6" when I paid for a footlong and got curbside pickup. They refuse to do... anything about it. I went back and demanded action this time, since the last time I was unable to return and contacted themthrough email and got a response of "we will try to do better" and no refund or coupon or anything, and they told me thatliterally the only thing that they are allowed to do AFTER RIPPING ME OFF is make the rest of my order. I have also had themgive me a sandwich with paper in it (see photo). So I will definitely NOT be returning to this store again. Read more
