I was reluctant to order from this place because of all the bad reviews particularly 4-6 months ago, but I had a good... experience. NOW I'LL CLARIFY, I didn't get delivery and I called in the order to make sure I could contact physical people andhave no issues with online ordering. I was also here on a Sunday night, not a busy weekend. My order was simple and ready in 10mins. I picked it up and the store seemed clean enough. The lady who took my payment actually recognized me from a few briefencounters several years ago with a friend who was a regular; when I told her the name, she beamed and asked me where my friendwas, saying she hadn't seen him in a long while and I told her that we were roommates and had moved; I was only in theneighborhood to get this pizza. The pizza itself was correct, sliced, very hot, with no burnt edges or terrible bubbles. As Iwalked out, someone working behind the counter thanked me and offered a good night. The only thing I'll say is that the pricewas astounding to me; but I hadn't ordered pizza in a long time so that might be inflation. Still, $21 for a med pizza and a2-liter seemed like a lot. Both pizzas look like they were thrown together in 10 seconds. The pepperoni pizza only has toppings on part of the pizza. The... bacon pizza is burnt and has way too much sauce even though we asked for light sauce. Also, got the stuffed cheesy bread, ittasted like it was raw. Our expectations weren't high to begin with but at least make the food right. Read more

What happened to my chicken? I didn't check my chicken before I left. And I should've. Burnt cheese all around the peices. Too... much cheese on top,no sauce underneath the cheese and bacon was no where, including on my pizza which I added. I appreciate thepositive attitude but why not just remake the chicken? I order here all the time delivery and pickup. This is my go to Domino'sy'all. Im so close to rewards. But I don't think I want to use them here. Read more
Does this pizza look good no it?s raw and it was stone cold we ordered at approximately 620 at 6:31 Richards started prepping my... pizza at 7:20 they were doing quality check at 8:05 my pizza was delivered Cold driver left it on the doorstep after explicitdirections were to let us know. We could not eat it we go to bed early because I have to get up very early to go to work.Therefore I did not to get to eat supper tonight because of Dominos incompetence! cost $23 for a pizza that was unbelievablypoorest of quality! This is by far this worst Dominos location I?ve ever experience. I live 5 min from this location and on 2 different occasions... I?ve received a phone call 30 min after placing the order with the workers informing me that there are no pizza deliveryemployees available to deliver our pizza. This was not to big of a inconvenience besides me trying to take care of the thingsthat was needed to be taken care of at the house. So I informed them I was fine with picking up the pizza. Then the employeeinformed me the order wouldn?t be ready for another 30 min. (A total of a hour so far). I arrive at dominoes when they informedme it would be ready only to be handed 2 pizzas that have huge burnt bread bubbles located in the center of both pizzas. I didnot catch this issue until I arrived at the house(yes I should?ve checked the pizzas but was just trying to hurry and get hometo feed my three children. After seeing the poor quality of the pizzas I immediately took three slices out that were not burntso my kids could at least eat something and took the rest of the pizza back to Dominos to have this issue resolved. The ladythat claimed to be the GM of this location neglected to provide the customer service that any normal individual would expect toreceive. I would never recommend anyone ordering anything from this location. I do not expect premium service from thisCorporation. But I am a firm believer that if I pay for a service, I should get what this Corporation states that would bedelivered. Read more
This place needs a zero star. I ordered a pizza on July 8th and was made incorrectly. I attempted to call and was on hold for... over 48 mins. I went back to the store to ask for it to be remade. When I arrived there was 2 workers in the back messingaround.. Noone up front and phones off the hook so they didn't have to answer them . the so called "manager" was very rude andunprofessional! This place is very dirty and they don't even wash their hands ot wear gloves to make a pizza! He eventually remade my pizza with extreme attitude but it came out with oil all over it! Blake Lafferty-Reside, an assistant manager at this location, and his team members William Wangler and Michael Cook are amazing.... The pizza was hot and ready when I showed up, the order was 100% correct, and they went above and beyond to send me a copy ofmy receipt after I drove off without it. Without the receipt, the purchasing department where I work would have lost theirminds (which is a good thing to ensure all purchases are proper and aboveboard). Read more
