Food old and cold,,,didn't get receipt and didn't have the time to take it back at the moment . I ordered 4 items from the drive thru. 15min later no food20min later still no food. Was told by the 3rd person I spoke to that... they had it on the truck. Why sell something when it is not in the house Why not just say we are out at this time. I try to dobusiness with locally owned business. But can not go to this business any longer. Friendly employees. The burgers are usually fresh. Although, there have been many times an item is added that was requested to... be left off, such as ketchup. Also, an item I am charged extra for, like cheese will be missing. My biggest complaint is thegrilled chicken would have to be remade more often than not because it would be completely dried out, like jerky. However, thelast time I ordered I was told there would be a wait because they've been making them fresh. It was much better! I'd prefer alittle wait time to begin with, opposed to having to come back and having to wait for it to be made again anyway. Breakfastneeds improvement. The French toast sticks have either not been left in the fryer long enough and are served soggy & greasy orthey're left too long & they send them out so dark & hard you cannot eat them. The chickens nuggets, which are pretty decent atany other time also tend to be tough when ordered during the morning shift. As I mentioned earlier, the people who work here, beit morning or evening, all smile and are friendly. The issue is with the people preparing the food. Has pretty good burgers, fries have improved quite a bit. A little above average on pricing, but if ya like the flame grill... taste, then it's worth a few extra dollars. Also, they do keep the restaurant clean. Read more
Service with a smile but the new Chicken sandwich are new style and not very good... But everything else awesome ????
