Lets be honest with ourselves this place sucks! Half the people don't know the menu when you call the order in! How dont you... know the menu you work here!? Second the food is always different when i order meaning they get it wrong everytime or i am justmissing stuff! Some of the food was cold when we got it, steak was mostly fat. Had to ask for silverware and put the kids food all on one... plate when asked for 2 kids meals with the pancake and bacon then never received the bacon only 2 pancakes on 1 plate Read more
This place used to be such a great family spot, probably the best in town. However, those are by-gone times. Since the new... owners took over, it's simply an unwelcoming environment, unprofessional and the cleanliness of the staff is in question. Iliterally had to make them throw my daughter's food away, because the cook decided to raise his shirt, scratch his rather hairyand obviously sweating belly and proceed to touch, bare handed each and every chicken tender and fry as he placed them in hertakeout tray. Clearly I was not going to feed that to my 3 year old. All I got in return for my request to have it remade withactual gloves or at least washed hands was attitude, hateful glares and whispering chatter. He threw his hands in the air andwalked away, after arguing that I never saw him do it. He claimed he scratched his undershirt. I pointed out he wasn't wearingone, and he stormed off. Either way, undershirt or bare belly, it's still sweat covered and unsanitary to handle a customersfood in that manner. Lastly, the fact that the prices are steadily increasing, while the quality of the food and service aredeclining is not even remotely justifiable, when other locations near by of the same franchise, are still lower.
