The1rst pizza had items I did not order, The 2nd pizza was old/cold/ and hard to chew. The Fettuccine was overcooked and the... cheese sticks that came with the fettuccine was hard to chew and cold. Staying at a local hotel, it was 10 p.m. so I figured nowhere was open. I called this pizza hut and they were willing to... deliver. I ordered the special which was a large 3 topping. I wouldn't even give one star but beings I had to leave one star to even leave a comment I did so....Ordered delivery at 3:00.... Paid via credit card. At 4 pm my order still hadn't been delivered. Called store and rude lady said "WELL OUR STORE IS CLOSED"and then hung up. I called back 10 minutes later and spoke to store manager...who instantly tried to say I hadn't paid for itwhich I had proof that is was paid in full WITH TIP. No discount for their unprofessional service. No discount for all thepeople waiting to eat this order. The order should have been on the house beings they was at fault for everything plus the rudeemployee stating store is closed.
