Okay so I like Wendy?s very well but this was is good too 4 stars
Hate to be "that person" but I could single handedly run circles around a lot of the workers. I've worked fast food for years.... Waited 30 minutes for the WRONG Frostycino and 1 sugar cookie. Asked for a refund but the manager decided to just hurry up withthe order instead and my drink was still wrong. Left disappointed and for someone who is 34 weeks pregnant, don't get my orderwrong. TRAIN your new hires properly. Little girl taking my order on counter was oblivious. Read more
It was 11:35 and you close at midnight! Nobody would answer the phone or the drive thru! Lazy workers? I think so! Was needing... to feed the family! Very disappointed in this! Read more
For a place that says fries should be both hot and crispy, the fries they gave me barely had any cheese when I asked for extra... and we?re so soggy you?d think they pulled them out of the freezer and thawed to serve, the employee that served me was veryrude and interrupted me many times and I waited 30 minutes for ?fast food? then my food was cold when I ate it and wayoverpriced!!!!! Store is clean. Employees are mostly ok. Loretta inside at the front is great. However, if I go there once a week or 7 days a... week (actually for my 65 year old momma who is battling stage 3 ovarian cancer and doesn't hardly eat anything but wants somefresh nuggets or a baked potato) the order is NEVER right! Beyond frustrated for having to pull back around, park, go in, waitin line, wait for the correct order after being at CVMC since 8:30 AM and it's now 5+ PM. Nope, not overly enthused at all. Usually it is pretty good but all 3 orders were messed up this time. The way they where hollering orders around there is no... wonder, it was chaos. We we were also charged a 50 cent jalapeno cream cheese fee and nothing we had had anything to do withjalapenos or cream cheese. Read more
