I was there last night 10:00 pm. 4 staffs there with black face. All of then are East Indian. They prefer chatting loudly with... their own language all the time in public that I think it's rude. They don't care the food is ready to serve the customer. Thepeople behind me got their meal so I asked a lady for my order. She turned around and pick the food to me which is ready andsitting there. I told her why your people prefer chatting each other but not serving your customer. She said it's not her takemy order so she's not responsible for it. She became rude. All four staff including the manager argued with me. They don't knowanything about customer service. Many people said the same thing in this platform. Read more
Best A&W I've been to.. Every Sunday morning, all Canadian special... Chef know how to make it just right.. Friendly staff...
At the height of dinner rush hour service was friendly, unrushed and pleasant. Our dine-in was hand delivered to the table.
Slow service and understaffed. Restaurant was packed and there only appeared to be 3 staff members working at that time...... although it was 10:00 pm to be fair. Food was good as A&W is typically a 'higher end' fast food restaurant. 3 stars off forservice. Read more
The service is slow here.but that might just be an issue due to Covid. Food was good.

The rep at drive-thru was patient was my question. Beyond meat burger was meh, nothing fancy. You feel some mushroom texture,... some soy and bean ... etc. KFC veggie burger is way better. Didn?t wait too long though, I might come back for other stuffwhen I?m starving. Read more
Staff here will ignore you if you walk in to order. I stood by the register for 15 minutes meanwhile the lady working the till... will stare at you and not respond to any request to have your order taken. Read more
