I just ordered my 2 small americano on a medium cup and ask the other to top up with hot water. Not sure if the order taker is... supervisor. Considering she dealing with cusomer, no smile sounds rude and make me stupid explaining that americano has wateralready but i hold my self not to argue and ruin my day. Inconsistent like some other people have pointed out. They get new staff all the time, so one person?s iced coffee may be... completely different for someone else. Also, their credit card machine is confusing to use and they have tip percentages thatpop up, making you feel pressured to add a tip. Won?t be coming back here for a while. It?s nice that there?s alternatives tochains like Starbucks and Tim?s, but it?s disappointing that they aren?t up to par. Read more

So disappointing. I ordered an Medium americano with extra room and they filled up with all water to the top. Low hygiene standard and staffs keep chatting while making my coffee. I ordered dry cappuccino but I ended up had an extra hot... latte. Can?t sip it for at least 15 mins until I decided to sit outside. And the male staff smokes right outside the store andthat was annoying. Read more

I often end up here as it is one of the very few coffee places that are open late. It?s usually quite busy but the staff is... always friendly and accommodating. I tried the Turmeric Latte and I really enjoyed it as I tend to add turmeric to anything andeverything-so I was happy to see this on the menu. We couldn?t find space inside so we asked if they could turn on the heatersand they were so quick to comply. Definitely a good place to hang out with friends.. Read more

Followed map but the location wasn't super obvious... Did find and discovered staff was nice plus they made good coffee. (As a... semi-coffee snob, Canadians don't always make the best nectar of God's perfect bean...) Good ambiance and at 745a there about 10people sitting around drinking the good stuff! It has been almost a decade since I've been back here. Use to hangout here after highschool and it was a place to just kick back... and talk nonsense. It's nice to see that the upkeep has been good and the renos have made it feel more cozy. As for the staffthey remain friendly and smily which is always a pleasant thing.
