They've been closed down for repairs for about half a year, so I decide to come get breakfast. I enter the restaurant and it's... nearly as cold as outside (in November) and filled with greasy smoke. I guess the HVAC system wasn't on the repair list. Aftertrying to order breakfast, I was told they've stopped serving breakfast here. Okay, I'll get a double bacon cheeseburger comboinstead. After upgrading the fries to a poutine this cost a whopping $20. That's Fatburger pricing. Then I'm told they only havecans of soda, presumably the fountain machine is broken. So I get to pick between a can of coke, sprite or diet coke. Overallafter so long out of commission, and for the price, I expected better. The food was okay, but you can get better for cheaperelsewhere. I'll come back in a few months when hopefully they sort out these issues. Read more
What do you call a beef burger without an actual beef patty? Well, I?m still waiting on a response but that is what I got when I... ordered a Roadhouse Burger from this BK two weeks ago. Just a bun with two onion rings and some BBQ sauce. I have called thestore and no one ever picks up. I?ve complained to BK Canada?s Twitter and after forwarding my case to this restaurant, haveheard nothing. Escalated the case 4 times in 2 weeks, and still nothing. Reading the comments on here, it?s no wonder why thestaff is so sloppy with the orders, the management doesn?t even care if corporate sends them a customer complaint and 4follow-ups on the same issue. Disappointed. Came to get two meals. One Double Roasted Garlic King sandwich, medium fries, coke, and Crispy chicken sandwich,... large onion rings with coke, and popcorn. Spent $40 for all that. Price isn?t what I?m complaining about, although they couldmake it not $40 for two meals. Anyway, while the crispy chicken and onion rings were really good we were extremely disappointedto see the boring and plain looking double roasted garlic king. No onions. No roasted garlic. Just two beef stacked and cheeseat the very top. It made us feel nauseous after finishing it. It was not at all what the pictures on their website/menu showed.The fries and chicken popcorn were dry and didn?t taste good at all. Burger King is always a hit or miss. Read more
This is a bk cheeseburger. there was absolutely nothing good about this food item,(notice I didn't say burger. That would lead... people to believe this is to resemble the picture on the menu board). This picture looks a lot better then when I first openedit for my child. There was a clump of pickles under a slice of cheese, that I rearrange by putting the cheese on the patty so itmight have a chance to melt and the pickles on the other side. Dressing. Look at the pic and you be the judge. I put a half apack of ketchup on the bun and that covered the bun. This is definitely not a family oriented business just rip-off. We orderedenough food for 4 and she managed to stuff it in one of the small bags, not able to close the top. I said to her what will itcost me for a extra bag? She said "nothing". I said why would you stuff it all in one bag then . 4 sandwich, 10pc nuggets, 2fries, 2 apple pies and condiments and 4 napkins. Summary: bad food not so good service. Cleanliness: bad. Tried the new Impossible Whoppers (2 for a family member and I), absolutely excellent experience. Reasonably quick wait time... from order to prep and staff were friendly in the drive through. The food was hot, fries were clearly fresh and crispy, drinkswere carbonated and cold. The burger itself was amazing! One of my worst experiences in fast food places. Ordered a burger combo for 15 bucks, and that?s what I got (refer to the... picture): dry chicken, 1 lettuce, 1 piece of tomato and 2 pieces of pickles (although I asked for extra pickles several timesand it is stated in the receipt ).
