I?ll start by saying my food was great. I had the original burger and it was perfect. Fries were hot and fresh. The... owner/operator, SSP Canada Food Services, Inc. needs to seriously read these reviews and see that they have a staffing issue.Morale is low, lacking enthusiasm, but they?re also short staffed. I was #6 in line and it took 45 mins until I received myorder. If you have time then don?t hesitate to enjoy a burger here. Be patient with the team if they?re busy. Read more
Only go here if other options are more crowded or unavailable. Bad management because there was only 3 people handling orders... and that included 1 person taking orders. Had to queue for 50 minutes just to order... The management should have added morestaff to this place.. The burger itself was alright, but certainly not worth 50 minutes of queuing.. Read more
Honestly the burger is pretty decent, price is okay considering you?re at an airport. Such a long wait in line though - probably... lined up for 30 minutes despite only having about 5 people in front of me. They forgot my fries in the order but gave me when Iasked. Read more
If you?re looking for a quick bite and some real fast food Carl juniors is definitely not the place for you. The service is... horrendous there?s no reason at 2 PM on a Thursday afternoon that I should be 20 people waiting to get a simple burger. There?san extreme lack of enthusiasm to do one?s job. Food was great, good burgers and poutine. The issue was we ordered a combo and some how got charged extra for coffees that we... didn?t order or receive and although the poutine sign on the board said it was $0 with the combo, we also got charged for that.So 3 meals came out to $61?. Not sure why this place has such poor ratings. Yes, the service was a little slow and chaotic, but it was partly due to a group... in front of me being indecisive with an enormous order. I got the western bacon burger, and it was pretty good. Overall, this isa MUCH better option than Green Bean Cafe next door. Read more
Came when it wasn?t too busy and got food in an average amount of time. The food was good, the vegetables were fresh, gravy was... a quite salty though. It was $19 for the smoky bacon burger and poutine so a little big more expensive but is expected ofairport food. They closed at 8pm. Read more
They definitely need to hire more people/ cashiers! The lineup was so long just because there was only one person handling... pretty much everything! They only have 4 options on their menu and one of them is always unavailable:/ this branch is in anairport where everyone is in a rush to get their flights so the last place you can count on for having a quick bite at theairport should be there or you?ll miss your flight!
